For the Chicken Marinade

In a bowl, add cubed chicken breasts, yogurt, minced garlic, minced ginger, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, paprika, or chili powder (if preferred spicy), salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.

In a hot pan over high heat, add butter and oil, saute the chicken until almost fully cooked.
For the Sauce

Remove the chicken and add butter and onion. Saute until wilts and changes color. Add garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, paprika or chili powder, coriander, and garam masala. Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and water.

Let simmer until the tomatoes are almost cooked. Combine the sauce ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Strain the blended sauce with a strainer over the pan.

Re-add the chicken to the pan, and add whipping cream and butter. Let cook for 10 minutes. When ready to serve, garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley.
