Instructions
In a bowl, mix flour, starch, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Add the warm ghee, oil, and mix well.
Add the lukewarm water and mix by your hand till it turns into a dough.
Cover the dough and le it rest for 1 hour.
Using flour, roll out the dough with a rolling pin to be 1 centimeter thick.
Divide the dough into circles.
Roll out each circle and stuff with minced meat or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Brush the edges of the circle with water and close it well with a fork.
Fry them till they get the golden color.
Storing: put them in a tray separate from each other and cover them with a plastic bag for 2 hours in the freezer, then put them in storing packets and store them in the freezer.
