  2. In a separate pan, melt butter and cook minced beef until it changes color. Add chopped onion, salt, black pepper, and seven spices, stir until beef is cooked.
  3. Combine flour, milk, cooking cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a pot to prepare the béchamel sauce.
  4. Layer the dish starting with zucchini, followed by a coating of béchamel sauce, minced beef, another layer of béchamel, cheese, and repeat with zucchini.
  5. Finish by covering the top completely with béchamel sauce and cheese.
  6. Bake the assembled dish in an oven for approximately 10 minutes until golden brown.
