Take the kunafeh pastry out of the freezer and chop it finely with a knife.

Add powdered sugar to the chopped kunafeh.

Pour the ghee or butter over the kunafeh and mix very well, ensuring the kunafeh is thoroughly coated with the ghee/butter.

Grease your baking pan or mold.

Place half of the prepared kunafeh mixture into the bottom of the pan. Press it down very firmly to create a compact base.

Spread a generous amount of Wonder chocolate over the pressed kunafeh layer.

Cover the chocolate filling with the remaining kunafeh mixture. Press this top layer down firmly as well, ensuring the filling is completely enclosed.

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Bake the kunafeh for approximately 15 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.

Remove the kunafeh from the oven. While still warm, add another layer of Wonder chocolate on top for decoration.

Sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts. Allow it to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
