Waraket Lahma with stuffed Vine Leaves

Mix peas, carrots, cherry tomatoes, potatoes, and onions in a bowl.
Add salt, black pepper, seven spices, paprika, oregano, and cumin.
Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and mix well to coat evenly.
Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet.
Sear the meat chunks on both sides until golden brown.
Season with salt, black pepper, and seven spices. Set aside.
On a large piece of parchment paper placed over aluminum foil, spread a layer of seasoned vegetables.
Place the seared meat chunks over the vegetables.
Arrange the pre-stuffed grape leaves on top of the meat.
Cover with a final layer of the remaining seasoned vegetables.
Fold the parchment paper over the layers and seal tightly with the aluminum foil.
Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
Lower the temperature to 180°C and bake for another 30 minutes.
