Waraet Lahma (Meat in a Foil)

Instructions
Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Mix the meat spices in a bowl and rub them generously on the meat pieces.
Slice the onions, tomatoes, and peppers. Mix with vegetable seasoning to ensure even coating.
Lay down layers of parchment paper (or foil) for each portion. Use multiple layers to prevent leaking.
Place a layer of onions at the base, followed by seasoned meat and other veggies.
Pour any remaining juices from the seasoning bowls over the top.
Fold the edges tightly to seal the packet and lock in all the flavors.
Preheat Oven: Heat your oven to 200°C.
Place the foil packets or a tightly sealed clay pot on the middle rack.
Cook for 1–1.5 hours until the meat is tender and the veggies are juicy.
