Instructions
Mix the tuna with diced onion, labneh, arugula, mustard and anything you prefer
Spread light mayonnaise or labneh on the toast and grill it
Assemble the sandwich: Labneh, lettuce, tuna mix, mozzarella cheese then put it in a pan covered until the cheese melts
