For the syrup: In a pan, add sugar, milk and water then bring to a boil for 15 minutes

In another pan, melt the butter then add the semolina. Keep stirring until it reached a light brown color

Add the syrup to the cooked semolina and stir until all liquid is absorbed

(Watch video for technique) In a small bowl, put the mixture and press on the sides to form a base/ hole. Add ice-cream scoop then cover with the mixture

Flip the bowl on a serving dish. Sprinkle coconut & pistachios and serve right away
