Description

Satisfy your cravings with Tteok-bokki, a Korean street food favorite. Chewy rice cakes simmered in spicy-sweet sauce, a mouthwatering sensation that's sure to please.

  1. Cut the tteok-bokki into halves.
  2. Cut one side of the mini frankfurters into quarters half way through.
  3. Cut spring onions and chop the green part.
  4. In a pan add tomato sauce, chilli powder, paprika and sriracha sauce then mix and add a drizzle of honey.
  5. Once the sauce boils add chopped spring onion (green part) and stir.
  6. Add mini frankfurters, broth and tteok-bokki then stir and dip in the sauce.
  7. Let it simmer on low heat.
  8. Add green onion and cheese, once the cheese melts remove from the stove.
