In a pan (off heat), add onion, Add mixed spices, salt, black pepper, paprika & chili powder.

Add tomato paste & tomato juice then add the rice and stir well.

Add the fresh herbs (dill, parsley, and coriander) to the onion mixture and stir well.

Carefully stuff the mumbar with the rice mixture using a small funnel, making sure not to overstuff.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, salt, and black pepper.

Once the water is boiling, gently place the stuffed mumbar in the pot and let it cook for about 30 minutes.

After the mumbar is cooked, remove it from the water then deep fry until golden.
