Tender Roast Lamb Shoulder

Preheat the oven to 150°C (302°F).
Make small incisions in the lamb shoulder and insert garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs into the slits. Repeat on both sides of the lamb.
Season the lamb with salt and black pepper. Rub butter over the surface of the lamb.
In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, mustard, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, cinnamon, thyme, and mixed spices to create the marinade.
Coat the lamb shoulder generously with the marinade, ensuring it's evenly covered.
Place the lamb on a rack over a baking tray. Cover it with parchment paper and foil.
Roast in the preheated oven for 3-4 hours, or until the lamb is tender and falling off the bone.
