  1. To make the burger, in a bowl, add ground beef, onion, garlic, paprika, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands.
  2. Divide the beef into two equal portions. Press the beef into each of the tortillas with your fingers, it should be completely flattened.
  3. Heat a large skillet. Add the tacos, ground beef side down on the hot surface.
  4. Flip to cook on both sides.
  5. To prepare the sauce, in a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickled cucumber.
  6. Add the cheese slices over the burger, spread some sauce, and add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickled cucumber.
