In the serving bowl, add lettuce or watercress or spinach or mix them all together.

Add beets, avocado, figs, grapes, cherry tomatoes, red or white beans, sweetcorn and green apples.

Coat slices of goat cheese with eggs and breadcrumbs, fry them and add them to the salad.

Put two spoons of honey with the walnuts on heat, stir until it caramelizes, then add them to the salad.

Prepare the dressing by mixing two spoons of mustard with two spoons of balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and honey (optional), then add it to the salad.
