Stuffed Turkey Breast with Meat Sauce

In a bowl, mix paprika, salt, pepper, cardamom powder, onion powder, nutmeg, olive oil, marjoram and tomato paste.
Marinate the turkey breast with the prepared mixture and leave it for 2 hours.
In a pan, add ghee and sauté mushroom slices seasoned with minced garlic and marjoram.
Let the mushrooms chill, then stuff with it the turkey breast.
Roll the turkey breast well and use string to ensure it it closed tightly.
In the same pan, add ghee and pan-fry the turkey roll.
In an oven tray, add sliced vegetables, the turkey roll, cover the tray with foil and roast it in the oven for an hour.
Prepare the sauce by mixing water, demi glace powder and cooking cream on heat.
Remove the strings from the turkey and serve with the prepared sauce.
