Beef Noodles with Vegetables

  1. Thinly slice the beef steak into small strips.
  2. Marinate the beef with olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, cornstarch, and light soy sauce. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook the beef in batches until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté the onion, carrot, and green bell pepper until slightly softened.
  5. Add the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce, mixing well with the vegetables.
  6. Cook the ramen noodles in hot water for 3 minutes, then drain and save 1 cup of the cooking water.
  7. Add the reserved noodle cooking water to the vegetable mixture and stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
  8. Return the beef to the pan and toss to coat it in the sauce.
  9. Add the noodles and mix thoroughly with the beef and vegetables.
  10. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
