Cut breasts open and flatten

Season with salt and pepper

Stuff it with the spinach, feta, and sun dried tomatoes

Roll tight (you can tie it with strings)

Pan sear in olive oil on all sides until golden color
-
Transfer to the oven to continue cooking for 20 mins or in the air fryer for only 5 mins

Serve over mashed potatoes
