Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing all ingredients together
  2. Marinate the chicken from inside and outside. Leave in the marinade for 30 minutes while you prepare the stuffing.
  3. In a pan, add oil and butter then pan fry the minced onion.
  4. Add the spices then the rice and boiling water.
  5. Stuff the chicken with the rice then close it well (watch video for technique).
  6. Put in the chicken in thermal cooking bag and make some openings in it.
  7. Roast in the oven for 60 minutes.
