The Stuffing
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by mixing all ingredients together
- Marinate the chicken from inside and outside. Leave in the marinade for 30 minutes while you prepare the stuffing.
- In a pan, add oil and butter then pan fry the minced onion.
- Add the spices then the rice and boiling water.
- Stuff the chicken with the rice then close it well (watch video for technique).
- Put in the chicken in thermal cooking bag and make some openings in it.
- Roast in the oven for 60 minutes.
