Stuffed Cannelloni with Oriental Sausage

  1. In a hot wok stir fry the sausage without any oil or ghee.
  2. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, coriander and tomato sauce.
  3. Stir all very well and the sausage is ready.
  4. Get the cannelloni and start stuffing it with sausage (watch video for technique).
  5. In a bowl, add milk, salt & pepper, flour, nut meg and mix all well.
  6. Add the mixture to a preheated pan and add the cheese and mix till cheese melts
  7. In a pyrex dish, start layering with a layer of the sausage sauce
  8. Stack the cannelloni in the tray and add the bechamel sauce on it and add the cheese between layers (watch video for technique).
  9. Bake for 30 minutes in the middle rack then open the broiler for 5 minutes.
