Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, and cut off the head of the cabbage. Boil the cabbage leaves in a pot.

Take the cabbage leaves out on a tray to cool, then cut them into pieces of a suitable size for stuffing. Remove any veins or thick stems.

In another pot, add butter, oil, and onions. Saute until the onions wilt and start to change color.

Add tomato paste, cumin, coriander, sugar, salt, and pepper. Then add the grated tomatoes, and water. Let it simmer.

After removing from the heat and cooling down, add rice, dill, and cilantro. Mix together well.

Stuff all the cabbage leaves, and arrange them in a butter-greased clay pot.

Add duck broth to the tajine and bake in a preheated oven.
