Spring Rolls with Chicken

Instructions

  1. Pan-fry the chicken in some oil and season it with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the chicken, onion, carrots, bell pepper and cabbage into slices.
  3. In a pan, on medium heat, add oil and minced garlic then add the sliced veggies and stir. Add soy sauce and sriracha.
  4. Add the chicken.
  5. Add the chicken mixture on the spring roll sheets and roll it.
  6. Close the roll by brushing the tip of the sheet with water and flour mixture.
  7. Roll it again with another spring roll sheet.
  8. Fry the spring rolls in oil.
