Spicy Garlic Drumsticks
Ingredients

Brine
Seasoned Flour
Wet Batter
Garlic Chili Sauce
Instructions

Bring Brine mixture to a boil

Allow to cool completely

Add the chicken
-
Refrigerate for a few hours (minimum 1 hour)

Remove the chicken from the brine

Pat dry

Add to the seasoned flour - shake of excess flour then wet batter then back to the seasoned flour

Fry at medium temp until cooked through
-
Then fry again at high temp to give it a nice color and crust

Make the sauce by adding all ingredients on medium heat, careful not to burn the garlic (This shouldn’t take more than 2 min or so)

Once done, remove from heat and blend to smooth out the sauce then add to the fried chicken

I served them with coleslaw
And green onions for garnish
