Instructions
In a pot, heat the sugar till caramelization without stirring it with a spoon (watch video for technique).
Add the same amount of water that will be used to cook the rice.
In a separate pot, add oil and stir-fry the rice.
Season with cinnamon, salt, raisins and let the raisins cook with the rice.
Add the caramel water and let the rice cook.
