S’mores Mug Cake

Instructions

  1. In a microwave safe mug, mix flour, 2 tbsp cookies/ biscuit, sugar, baking powder and salt
  2. Add milk, egg and vanilla and mix
  3. Microwave for 2 minutes
  4. Add chocolate and microwave for 1 more minute
  5. Add the rest of the crushed cookies/ biscuit and marshmallows on top
  6. Either broil for 2 minutes or use a torch gun
