Instructions
Season the meat with salt and pepper.
Shape the meat in a burger shape.
On medium heat , cook the burger for 3 minutes on each side.
Add to the burger light cheddar cheese and cover the patty for 30 seconds.
In a separate pan, cook fresh sliced mushrooms, 2 diced garlic cloves and tablespoon of soya sauce on medium heat.
Prepare the sauce by mixing light mayo and sriracha .
Assemble the sandwich with shredded lettuce, onions and tomatoes .
