Season the lamb chops with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and oil.
In a pan, cook the seasoned lamb chops till they get color and set them aside.
Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and oil.
In a pan, cook the seasoned potatoes with thick slices of onions and big cubes of carrots.
In oven pan, add aluminum paper and parchment paper.
Add the cooked lamb chops, veggies, juices left in the pan after cooking the lamb chops and pomegranate molasses.
Close the aluminum paper and cook it in the oven for 2 hours at 200 degrees celsius.
