Instructions
-
Prepare the Ribs: Remove excess fat from the beef ribs, leaving a thin layer for flavor. Season generously with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika, ensuring all sides are coated evenly.
-
Wrap the Ribs: Place the ribs on parchment paper and wrap them tightly, then cover with aluminum foil to seal in moisture.
-
Slow Cook: Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Place the wrapped ribs on a baking tray and slow cook for 8 hours. You can cook them longer for even more tenderness.
-
Prepare the Glaze: Mix BBQ sauce with honey in a small bowl. Once the ribs are cooked, remove the wrapping carefully. Brush the ribs generously with the BBQ-honey glaze.
-
Caramelize in the Oven: Increase the oven temperature to 200°C (400°F). Place the glazed ribs back in the oven uncovered for 20–30 minutes until caramelized.
-
Serve and Enjoy: Let the ribs rest for 10–15 minutes. Serve hot with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes, coleslaw, or roasted vegetables.
