  4. Heat oil in a pan over high heat and fry the shrimp until golden and crispy. Set aside.
  5. In a separate pan, mix the hot sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and honey over medium heat until combined.
  6. Add garlic, parsley, butter, and chili flakes (optional), and stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Pour the sauce over the fried shrimp, ensuring every piece is well-coated.
