Shrimp Tacos with Mango Salsa

Instructions
In a bowl, mix the shrimp with cumin, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, and salt. Add olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice. Stir well and set aside.
Prepare the mango salsa by combining the mango cubes, red bell pepper, green chili, onion, lemon juice, coriander, garlic, and salt in a mixing bowl. Gently toss to combine.
In a small bowl, mix the sour cream or Greek yogurt with lemon juice and chopped coriander. Add salt to taste and stir until smooth.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat.
Warm the taco shells slightly. Fill each taco shell with shrimp, a generous spoonful of mango salsa, and drizzle with sour cream sauce.
