  1. Cut white cabbage, red cabbage, carrots and add them to a bowl.
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, lemon, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, salt & pepper, and mix all well and that’s your Slaw.
  3. In another bowl add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, mustard, 1 tablespoon of Cajun, Ginger Powder, Hot Sauce, Paprika, and mix all well and that’s your sauce.
  4. In a deep plate add the flour and season with Salt & Pepper. In another plate add the Panko and Breadcrumbs and season them with 1 tablespoon of Cajun. In another plate add the eggs and beat them well.
  5. Pat down the shrimps with paper towel, then add to flour, then eggs, then Panko mix, then fry.
  6. In a pan add butter, cut bread from above, and toast all sides in the pan.
  7. On the toasted bread add sauce, then slaw, then shrimps, then sauce again.
