Heat butter and oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until golden and fragrant.

Add the cleaned shrimp, ensuring it's deveined and open from the back. Sauté until the shrimp turns pink.

Pour a small amount of water and add lemon juice. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, and turmeric. Stir well.

Remove the shrimp from the pot and set aside.

Add pasta to the same pot, allowing it to absorb the shrimp-infused water.

Stir in tomato sauce and additional water if needed, ensuring the pasta is covered. Season with salt, pepper & paprika. Add whole chili pepper.

Allow the pasta to cook on low heat, stirring occasionally until it reaches your desired consistency.

Add the cooked shrimp back to the pot, mix gently, and allow the flavors to meld for a few minutes.
