Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine cooking cream, mustard, hot sauce, lemon juice, and spices (salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano, ginger powder, garlic powder, dried coriander, and onion powder).

Add the chicken pieces and mix well to coat them evenly. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Skewer the marinated chicken pieces. Set aside.

In a large pan, melt butter and olive oil. Sauté the onion, bell peppers, and diced tomatoes until softened.

Add the soaked bulgur, spices (salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano, ginger powder, and dried coriander), and tomato paste. Mix thoroughly.

Transfer the bulgur mixture to a baking dish and pour the chicken broth over it.

Place a rack over the dish and position the Shish Tawook skewers on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Serve the Shish Tawook alongside the fluffy Turkish bulgur.
