Instructions
In a pan, melt butter then add minced garlic, onion and fresh rosemary.
Add flour and stir then add milk and whisk.
Add stock and whisk then season with salt and pepper. Remove the rosemary and set aside.
In another pan, add oil then the seafood mix and stir.
Season with seafood spices, salt & paprika.
Add cooking cream and stir.
Transfer the cooked seafood with the mix prepared earlier then season with seafood spices, sugar, fresh parsley, lemon juice and stir.
Let it simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
