Seafood Casserole With Cream And Cheese

In a pot, boil shrimp and seafood peel with onion, carrot and celery.
Season with bay leaves, cardamom, nutmeg, black pepper, salt and leave it to boil till the soup is prepared on low heat.
In a hot pan, add butter, peeled seafood and shrimps, minced garlic and finely diced onion.
Season with mixed spices, black pepper, paprika, salt, dried coriander, garlic powder and onion powder.
Add flour to the prepared soup and mix well.
Add the soup, cooking cream and mozzarella to the pan.
Add mozzarella cheese on top and bake it in the oven.
