Flatten the chicken breasts.

In a bowl, prepare the marinade by adding milk, onion water, vinegar, salt, pepper, chili powder, lemon, ketchup and chili powder.

Add the chicken and let it marinate.

Transfer the chicken to a freezer bag and freeze.

When frozen, cut the chicken into cubes.

In a bowl, mix egg, milk, salt & pepper.

In another bowl mix flour with knorr chicken spices.

In a third bowl, add some panko or breadcrumbs
-
Coat the chicken with egg, flour and panko then deep fry.
