Santa Fe Chicken Spring Rolls

In a skillet, sauté chicken slices over medium heat. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well until the chicken is cooked through.
Add colored bell peppers, sweet corn, and kidney beans to the chicken. Stir for a minute until combined.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the mixture and stir until the cheese begins to melt. Add fresh coriander, mix well, and turn off the heat.
Place a spoonful of the filling onto a spring roll wrapper. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly, sealing the edge with a paste of water and flour.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or as part of your Ramadan iftar table.
