  1. Get a parchment paper and fold it into two equal halves and cut it a way that when opened it forms a heart shape. (watch video for technique)
  2. In one half, add sliced onion, bell pepper and mushrooms.
  3. Season with salt & pepper.
  4. In a bowl, add soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger powder (or fresh ginger).
  5. Add minced garlic and honey.
  6. Add more salt, pepper and mix all ingredients well.
  7. Place salmon filet in the parchment paper, add the prepared soy sauce mixture to it.
  8. Close the parchment paper well.
  9. Bake in the oven at the highest degree for 20 minutes.
