Instructions

  1. First 10 minutes: On the highest heat point in the oven to ensure that all liquids are contained.
  2. Then lower the temperature to 180 degrees celsius from 30 to 45 minutes (broiler should be off).
  3. Broiler is turned on in the last 7 minutes if the chicken did not change color.
