Roasted Eggplant And Red Pepper Dip

Instructions

  1. Place the eggplants and red peppers on a baking sheet and spray with oil.
  2. Put under the grill for 20 minutes .
  3. Place the red peppers in a closed container for 10 minutes to peel easily.
  4. Peel the eggplants and red peppers and add salt & pepper.
  5. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
