Roasted Chicken with Vegetables

Instructions
Season the chicken with salt then put in the fridge for 60 minutes.
Pat dry the chicken with kitchen towel then poke holes in it using a wooden stick.
Season the chicken with salt & pepper.
Roast in the oven for 60 minutes at 225 degrees celsius.
Season potatoes with salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, garlic powder and olive oil and mix well.
Add chopped carrots, whole onion, whole garlic cloves and dried thyme. Mix again.
Transfer veggies to an oven tray and cook for 30 minutes at 225 degrees celsius.
