Roasted Chicken with Potatoes
Description
A recipe for roasted chicken with potatoes in the oven, where chicken pieces and potatoes are seasoned with spices and tomato juice and baked until done. Served with onion rings for a rich and delicious flavor.

In a baking dish, add onion and potato slices then add the chicken on top.
Prepare the sauce (coriander, smoked paprika and oil) and add it to the chicken.
Add salt & pepper then add tomato juice.
Bake for the first ten minutes at the highest temperature, uncovered and without adding any liquids. The potatoes will cook in the chicken fat, which is what makes the difference in taste.
Lower the heat to 200 or 180 and let it cook until done.
Before it's fully done, take it out, add garlic and water, then put it back in to finish cooking.
