Roasted Chicken Tandouri

Chicken Marinade

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yoghurt with minced garlic & ginger then add all the marinade spices and mix well.
  2. Cut the chicken in half, make openings in it and add it to the marinade. Leave in the marinade at least 3 hours.
  3. In an oven pan, add the chicken and cover with parchment paper and foil.
  4. Roast in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 60 to 75 minutes then turn on the broiler.
  5. Serve with yoghurt salad.
