  1. Place the beef slices in a large bowl.
  2. Add sliced onions, bell peppers, and diced tomatoes.
  3. If using beef stock, add it to the mixture.
  4. If substituting, dissolve the tomato paste in hot water with a beef bouillon cube and pour it over the mixture.
  5. Add butter to the mixture and mix well to coat everything evenly.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a cooking pouch (parchment paper or an oven-safe cooking bag).
  7. Tie the pouch securely and make a small cut at the top to allow steam to escape.
  8. Place the pouch in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
  9. Optional: Add any extra vegetables you like before sealing the pouch.
