Place the beef slices in a large bowl.

Add sliced onions, bell peppers, and diced tomatoes.

If using beef stock, add it to the mixture.

If substituting, dissolve the tomato paste in hot water with a beef bouillon cube and pour it over the mixture.

Add butter to the mixture and mix well to coat everything evenly.

Transfer the mixture into a cooking pouch (parchment paper or an oven-safe cooking bag).

Tie the pouch securely and make a small cut at the top to allow steam to escape.

Place the pouch in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.

Optional: Add any extra vegetables you like before sealing the pouch.
