Instructions

  1. To cook the beef, put the oil in a pot over high heat, add the celery, onions, carrots and meat and stir for 2-3 minutes, then add the spices, water, salt and pepper and leave the meat to fully ripen, then filter the broth and put the meat aside.
  2. In a pan, add ghee and sauté the onions for 2-3 minutes, then add the garlic, salt and pepper and leave them until reddish-gold
  3. Add the spices (turmeric and mixed spices), then add the chickpeas and rice and stir well
  4. Add the prepared broth that was used to cook the beef to the rice (rising about 3 cm above)
  5. Bring the rice to a boil, then reduce the heat and leave it until cooked
  6. Fry the beef in some oil for color and crunch
  7. Scoop the rice into a serving dish, lay the beef on top, and garnish with fried and roasted nuts
