In a blender, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, semolina, powdered milk, yeast, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add water while blending until a smooth batter forms.

Let the batter rest in the blender with the lid on for a few minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour the batter onto the pan to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook the other side briefly. To keep the pancakes soft, place them between two kitchen towels immediately after cooking.
