Potatoes With Cheese Sauce

Cut the peeled potatoes thicker than the chips size and align the slices in a Pyrex.
In a pot, add butter, flour, mix well and add milk gradually to avoid lumps.
Add grated red cheddar cheese and mix well till the sauce becomes thick.
Cover the potatoes with the prepared mixture.
Cover the Pyrex with foil and bake it in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil, add mix cheese on top and bake it till the cheese melt.
