Instructions
Prepare the Potatoes:
Spread a layer of potato slices on the bottom of a baking dish greased with olive oil.
Add garlic slices, cherry tomatoes, and green chili peppers over the potatoes.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper.
Add small cubes of butter evenly on top.
Add a second layer of potatoes and sprinkle with fresh dill.
Prepare the Sauce:
In a bowl, mix hot broth, tomato paste, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Stir well until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Dish:
Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the layered potatoes.
Cover the dish tightly with foil.
Bake:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Bake the potatoes for 35-40 minutes until tender.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove the foil, sprinkle with more dill, crispy fried onions, and green chili slices.
