Porridge with Molasses & Sesame Paste

  1. In a pan, add butter and cook banana on very high heat till it caramelizes
  2. Remove from pan and in the same pan add oats and water on medium heat. let it cook while mixing. When oat is half-way cooked, add vanilla, tahini and milk
  3. Serving; a layer of cooked oats, topped with caramelized banana, molasses and sesame seeds
  4. Note: You can adjust the quantity of liquid to reach desired consistency
