Instructions

  1. In a pot , melt the sugar with water without stirring.
  2. Add vanilla and lemon juice and leave them to caramelize on medium heat.
  3. Add the pistachios to the pot to mix with the ingredients in the pot.
  4. Put oil in the silicone mould.
  5. Start to shape the pistachios to get the cup shape from the mould ( Watch video for the technique).
  6. Put the mould in the fridge or freezer for 5 minutes to freeze .
  7. Put the pistachio cup in the serving plate and add to it a scoop of ice cream.
