Wash the cherry tomatoes and carefully score each one with a small X at the base to allow the marinade to penetrate.
Prepare the marinade by blending garlic, green bell peppers, coriander, cumin powder, and fresh coriander in a food processor.
Add the pickled lemon (cut into small pieces) to the mixture and blend until smooth.
Pour the marinade over the tomatoes, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
Serve as a side dish with suhoor favorites like beans, falafel, eggplant, liver, or sausages, or enjoy it with toasted bread.
