  2. Add the spices to the marinade and mix well.
  3. Coat the chicken thoroughly with the marinade, ensuring every piece is well-covered.
  4. Let the chicken marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight for better flavor.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200°C .
  6. Place the chicken on a wire rack over a baking tray to allow excess juices to drip, giving it a smoky, grilled flavor.
  7. Bake for 45–60 minutes, flipping halfway through until the chicken is golden and fully cooked.
